Lana Cummings is a registered massage therapist and entrepreneur who is dedicated to providing unique health and wellness solutions to people through various types of alternative health products and services.

After working in retail for over 12 years, Lana finally decided it was time to give in to her true calling and focus her career in the health industry. After 5 years working as a registered massage therapist, Lana has acquired many complimentary skills to accompany her business in promoting health and wellness such as nutritional cleansing, Thai yoga massage, basic shiatsu techniques, personal training and heated herbal body massage and facials. With these modalities, she provides registered massage therapy and Thai yoga massage services in a chiropractic clinic in Mississauga Ontario, Canada.

In March 2008, Lana opened Therapeutic Delight, an online store and website offering unique products and services based on the history and culture of healing Thai traditions and culture. After already becoming a certified Thai massage practitioner and having much retail experience, this was an easy transition for her.

At Therapeutic Delight, Lana is dedicated to introducing the Thai herbal compress and other healing products to individuals and professionals throughout the world. She also provides herbal massage certification courses and educational materials to qualified health professionals and amateurs alike.

You could say, Lana eats, sleeps and breathes a healthy lifestyle. She stays fit by exercising and eating healthy and encourages other to do the same. Recently she has altered her eating habits to an organic vegetarian diet which she believes will not only assist in her good health but of the environment and the animal kingdom too. She insists a healthy lifestyle is the best way to respect and enjoy the earth and its creatures the way God intended.
